The Rule Book               

1. The club shall be limited to 25 members plus Honorary Members.

2. Membership fee to be paid to the Treasurer on the night of the Supper for the following year.

3. The night of the supper shall be the AGM.

4. Election of committee for the ensuing year shall take place on the night of the supper.

5. In the event of a membership becoming vacant a prospective replacement member will be selected from the waiting list at the Committee's discretion.

6. If a member is unable to attend the supper a guest may attend in his place, subject to the approval of the committee.

7. Any member wishing to raise a grievance should do so, in writing, 28 days prior to the supper, so that it may be raised at the AGM.

8. Members are expected to attend the Supper suitably dressed and wearing an Official Club Tie.
